By submitting the order form or payment, you confirm that you fully read, understand and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions which form the entire agreement between SupremeEssays.co.uk and you.

Important Information

Deadlines and Delivery

The time frames for completing assignments vary from 3 hours to 2 months. All assignments are done according to the deadline indicated in the order form. However, if you want your writing project to be delivered earlier, its price will be recalculated and you will be asked to place an additional order.

Ordering Process

Take the following steps to order papers from us:

  1. Fill in the order. Provide detailed instructions about your assignment. Set the deadline, choose a correct academic level, state the word count, topic, etc. Please keep in mind that it is important to lay down all requirements during the ordering process. Extra guidelines for the orders that are in progress cannot be provided after 10-15% of the deadline expires.
  2. Proceed with the payment. Once payment verification is received, the writer will begin working on your assignment straight away.
  3. Communicate with the assigned expert. You can communicate with your writer during the writing process and ask questions about your order.
  4. Download your paper. As soon as the deadline expires, you will be able to download your completed assignment from your personal profile. As an option, you can request us to send your order to your email address. Note that you can order a plagiarism report if you want to ensure that your work is authentic.

Submitting a Refund Application

  1. Provided your application is submitted within 14 days after the expiration of a deadline, you may be entitled to a refund of all or some of the price of an order. Claims related to plagiarism are not time-restricted. That said, we will need to see concrete proof of liability (in case of writer's fault), which means a plagiarism report from a reliable source.

NB: Some detection services that are known to be reliable are Turnitin.com and some of its partners, e.g., iThenticate and Writecheck. However, neither the SafeAssign.com reporting system nor hand-made notes are considered reliable.

  1. Quite frequently, SupremeEssays.co.uk is asked to continue writing a paper begun by a customer. In these circumstances, please know only those portions of a text produced by our writers are tested for originality. This means SupremeEssays.co.uk cannot take any responsibility if plagiarism is found in the portions created by the customer.
  2. All instances of customer dissatisfaction will be meticulously examined and, if found to be valid, the complainant will be issued with a full or partial refund. It takes three to four days to provide a report.

Revisions

  1. Provided you contact us within forty-eight hours after the deadline expiration, we will revise your paper at no cost. However, once this free revision period has lapsed, it will be necessary to proceed with a new order. Please note though that we will not be able to offer a refund later if our writer consents to complete a revision for free.
  2. When it goes about long papers (i.e. 20-page papers or longer), no-cost revisions will be provided for up to one month (30 days) after deadline expiration.
  3. We cannot offer you a free revision if the original instructions you gave us have been changed. As a result, our agents may ask you to place a new order if you do not provide all key information and critical materials on time. 
  4. It will be necessary to set a new deadline when using our free revisions service. Some types of revision may take 24 hours depending on how complicated the guidelines are and whether it is easy to reassign the order or not. In any event, we always make a considerable effort to ensure deadlines are met.    
  5. On occasion, our representatives may want to contact you, which we usually do by email or by adding messages to your account area. We ask, therefore, you to check and reply to messages. We understand it is easy to forget to do this.
  6. A customer has a possibility of choosing an “Extended Revision” additional service during the order placement, for only 15% of the order price. It provides a free revision timeframe extension up to 14 days. Nonetheless, requesting a revision should comply with initial requirements. Kindly note whether a client does not claim a revision, additional fee for “Extended Revision” is not refunded. Alternatively, 4 days Extended revision VIP service can be chosen when placing the order.

A Full Refund

  1. You may receive a full refund (100%) if you submitted an order in a duplicate form by mistake or if we erroneously charged you twice the correct price. You should cancel ‘excess’ orders by contacting our customer services team.
  2. You will receive a full refund (100%) if a writer has not been found.
  3. If you receive a 100% refund, we ask that you make no further use of any resources/material we may have already delivered.
  4. Even though the company makes no promises regarding specific grades, we make all efforts to ensure quality results. All professors grade the content of the papers differently. When applying for a refund, a customer can send a professor’s feedback to the Refund Department. If it is proved that a writer overlooked initial customer’s instructions, a partial/full refund will be provided.
  5. When you are applying for a refund, you can not expect a revision of the order at the same time. When make a decision regarding a refund, the whole paper is analyzed for compliance with the instructions. Thus, a customer should choose either a refund or a revision request when submitting a complaint.
  6. The company does not guarantee a full refund, if the order was verified late and a Client did not pay for early delivery/did not provide the same deadline indicated while placing the order.

A Partial Refund

  1. A suitable refund percentage may be offered if you specified the wrong number of pages for an order.  
  2. A suitable refund percentage may be offered if you did not select the correct writing or education level when ordering papers, e.g. "Online Test" Instead of "Research Paper".
  3. A suitable refund percentage may be offered if we find any inconsistencies in order details (it means that the provided files do not correspond to the "Order Description").

Late Verification

  1. Our Financial Department may ask for orders to be verified, which is a means of avoiding online scams/fraudulent activity. If verification is late on the customer’s part, the order deadline will not commence until the requested proof is provided. In the event of late verification, you should extend a completion deadline or place a new order to compensate the work of your writer (if urgency is an issue).

Word Count Issues

  1. The length of the order is determined according to the number of words - 300 words per page. The technical types of assignments are not included in this pricing system because they usually have more calculations than text. Hence, we calculate the prices for such orders on a complexity basis.
  2. Presentations/speaker notes are a paid service. Clients should select this option when placing an online order. We will provide around 100 to 150 words of speaker notes for each PowerPoint slide, if required.         
  3. A separate pricing system is used for calculating the cost of online or Internet-based tests. Prices are based on the number of questions per each page (5 question). This rule is also applied when dealing with multiple choice questions. As a result, for a twenty-question assignment, you will need to place a four-page order.              

Delivery/Deadline 

  1. The cost will be suitably amended in case a customer wants to get the order earlier. For this reason, the client will be asked to place an additional compensation order. If a writer offers to complete an assignment earlier without additional payment, a future refund will not be possible.
  2. If our writers have delivered your order later – without requesting a deadline extension, you will receive a partial refund (at minimum). The difference in payment will be recalculated in accordance with the prices presented on our website.

Order Type

  1. To prevent mistakes, please make sure you have chosen the right type of paper, e.g., “Case Study,” “Review,” etc. Note that a refund cannot be provided if we have not received the required payment for using our services.
  2. Where a text needs to be reworded or rephrased, the process is called “rewriting.” No extra charge will be introduced unless you require fresh content i.e.  new research, sources and/or words. Otherwise, a customer will have to place a compensation order.
  3. We appreciate timely communication, so please check your online profile and email for messages from us. We may be awaiting your feedback or approval.

VIP Account

A free draft option in a “VIP Account” is not applicable to the following order types: formatting, proofreading, editing, revision, rewriting, online test, multiple choice questions, PDF/PPT poster, PowerPoint Presentation, and excel exercises. In addition, free draft cannot be provided in orders with 3-8 hour urgency due to a limited time frame provided to complete the assignment.

Stored Credentials

How Long will Card Details Be Stored?

  1. We never store your credit/debit card information or any other payment-related information on our site. The only personal data stored by our site is your name and surname chosen when making your first order with us.
  2. We work with credit card payment processors who are certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
  3. The transactions are processed by the third-party, legally authorized entities such as Avangate/2Checkout, SafeCharge, BlueSnap.

How will My Stored Card Details Be Used?

Your credit card details are stored securely by the third-party payment processor. When you enter your credit or debit card details on our website,in fact, the information is sent directly to secure databases maintained by the payment processors(Avangate/2Checkout, SafeCharge, BlueSnap), who then complete the transaction. Credit card details are never transmitted to, or stored on our servers.

Can These Terms Change?

Changes in the permitted use will require your agreement. Other changes can be applied in accordance with PCI standards. No change can take place without your consent.
